About this program
This New York State program provides financial assistance to MWBEs and projects that assist entrepreneurship among minority persons and women in New York State.
Eligibility
Eligible MWBEs, women entrepreneurs, and qualifying projects or programs supporting women and minority entrepreneurship in New York.
Requirements
- Submit lender or program application with certification status where required, business financials, use of funds, tax documents, owner information, and underwriting materials.
