About this program
Efficiency Smart partners with Newark to provide business customers with technical assistance and rebates for eligible energy efficiency measures such as lighting, HVAC, motors, refrigeration, and other equipment upgrades.
Eligibility
Eligible City of Newark electric commercial customers installing qualifying energy-saving measures under Efficiency Smart program rules.
Requirements
- Contact Efficiency Smart before or during project planning
- Provide Newark electric account information, facility details, project scope, equipment specifications, and cost documentation
- Complete installation and submit rebate documentation
