Agricultural businesses, local governments, and nonprofits in 34 counties and 6 cities of southern and southwestern Virginia's tobacco-dependent communities.
Requirements
- Must be located in or serve a tobacco-dependent locality in southern or southwest Virginia
- Project must enhance economic growth in the region
- Apply through the Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission
