About this program
The City of Henderson Redevelopment Agency offers incentive programs for businesses and property owners in redevelopment areas. Commercial building and storefront facade grants can help improve visible exterior conditions, strengthen district character, and stimulate investment in Downtown, Eastside, Cornerstone, Lakemoor Canyon, and Tuscany redevelopment areas.
Eligibility
Business owners or property owners located in eligible Henderson redevelopment areas with approved commercial facade projects.
Requirements
- Property must be located in an eligible Henderson redevelopment area
- Submit project scope, design, cost estimates, contractor information, and ownership or tenant authorization
- Receive grant approval and execute an agreement before eligible work begins
