Eligibility
Eligible employers hire individuals from WOTC target groups, including qualified vocational rehabilitation referrals, SSI recipients, or certain disabled veterans, and submit certification forms within the required federal timeframe.
Requirements
- Hire a qualified employee from a WOTC target group.
- Submit IRS Form 8850 and ETA Form 9061 or 9062 within the required certification window.
- Retain certification and wage records needed to claim the credit.
