About this program
The Rural Infrastructure Fund assists qualified Tier III and Tier IV counties in South Carolina's rural areas by providing financial assistance for infrastructure and other activities that enhance economic growth and development. The fund can be used for job creation and/or product development projects that strengthen rural competitiveness.
