About this program
The City of San Antonio and LiftFund operate the Zero Percent Interest Rate Loan Program to help local small businesses access affordable capital for startup expenses, inventory, payroll, equipment, working capital, and growth needs.
Eligibility
Small businesses located or relocating within San Antonio city limits that meet LiftFund credit and lending guidelines, have difficulty securing traditional commercial financing, and plan to create at least one full-time job.
