Eligibility
Small transportation businesses eligible to work on USDOT federally-aided projects with the Maryland State Highway Administration, Maryland Transit Administration, or Maryland Aviation Administration.
Requirements
- Must be a small business meeting size standards
- Must be registered in Maryland
- Must apply for SBE certification through MDOT
