Eligibility
Grand Forks businesses with eligible projects financed through a lead lender and qualifying for Bank of North Dakota PACE or FlexPACE support.
Requirements
- Apply through a lead lender and coordinate with Grand Forks Region EDC
- Document project costs, financing package, jobs, economic benefit, and borrower eligibility
- Secure local Growth Fund participation and Bank of North Dakota approval
