Houston's Brownfields Redevelopment Program uses federal brownfields resources to help assess, plan, and support cleanup and reuse of underused properties, with emphasis on neighborhood revitalization, economic growth, and environmental health.
Eligibility
Property owners, developers, public agencies, and community redevelopment projects involving eligible brownfield sites in Houston, subject to EPA and city program requirements.
