Eligibility
Alabama employers that meet EITP business eligibility rules, have at least one full-time permanent employee beyond the owner, request eligible training, and provide a dollar-for-dollar match.
Requirements
- Submit an EITP application through ACCS
- Provide required training budget, match documentation, and measurable outcomes
- Complete reimbursement and post-training reporting requirements if awarded
