Eligibility
Commercial property owners and business owners in commercially or industrially zoned areas of University City may apply for eligible facade rehabilitation projects; mixed-use structures may qualify for a reduced award.
Requirements
- Property must be in a commercially or industrially zoned area of University City.
- Applicant must demonstrate capacity to fund its share of the project.
- Property must be free of judgment liens and current on mortgage and tax obligations.
