The Renewable Energy Fund provides incentives and grants that support renewable energy projects, including solar and other eligible technologies for businesses, nonprofits, municipalities, and residents in Rhode Island.
Eligibility
Eligible Rhode Island businesses, nonprofits, municipalities, and property owners installing qualified renewable energy systems, including Central Falls projects.
Requirements
- Apply through the Rhode Island Renewable Energy Fund or program administrator
- Submit project site, system design, installer, budget, and ownership information
- Complete installation, inspection, and incentive documentation requirements
