About this program
The Savannah Development and Renewal Authority works with property owners, businesses, and partners to encourage investment in downtown Savannah. Assistance may include technical help, improvement incentives, design guidance, and access to financing or grant resources for eligible redevelopment projects.
Eligibility
Businesses, property owners, and developers with eligible projects in SDRA service areas.
Requirements
