About this program
The City of Syracuse supports economic development financing through revolving loan resources referenced in its Financing and Incentives materials and administered with local business partners. Funds help eligible businesses cover property, renovation, furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other growth costs.
Eligibility
Small businesses located in or moving to Syracuse with viable projects and eligible business uses.
Requirements
- Demonstrate business viability and eligible project costs within Syracuse
- Provide financial statements, business plan, owner information, collateral, and project budget
- Meet underwriting, job creation or retention, and repayment requirements
