About this program
The City of Portland's Microenterprise Grant supports eligible very small businesses and entrepreneurs with Community Development Block Grant-backed assistance for startup, stabilization, equipment, inventory, and eligible operating needs.
Eligibility
Portland microbusinesses with five or fewer employees, including the owner, whose owner meets low- or moderate-income requirements and whose business meets City and CDBG eligibility standards.
