Financial assistance for trans people seeking gender-affirming HRT care.
About this program
Point of Pride's HRT Access Fund provides direct financial assistance for trans people who cannot afford gender-affirming hormone replacement therapy, including telehealth care, labs, transportation support, letters, and prescription cost coverage through partner providers.
Eligibility
Transgender, non-binary, genderqueer, gender non-conforming, and other non-cis people with financial need who live in the United States, are at least 18 by the program date, and meet partner provider eligibility.
Requirements
- Applicants must complete the HRT Access Fund application, document financial need, confirm state and provider eligibility, meet age requirements, and provide required health access information.
