Eligibility
Pennsylvania small businesses that are woman-owned and hold an approved third-party certification, such as WBENC or another accepted certification, may self-certify for Small Diverse Business verification.
Requirements
- Self-certify as a Pennsylvania Small Business
- Hold an accepted third-party women-owned business certification
- Submit Small Diverse Business verification through the PRISM portal
