North Las Vegas economic development and redevelopment tools can support small business retention and expansion by helping qualifying companies overcome project gaps and complete improvements in targeted areas. Assistance is intended to improve local business vitality, jobs, and neighborhood commercial corridors.

Eligible small businesses located in North Las Vegas or moving into targeted redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Business must meet city or redevelopment program location and eligibility rules
- Submit project plan, budget, financial need, job or service impact, and business documentation
- Execute agreement and comply with performance, reimbursement, and reporting requirements
