Eligibility
Maine commercial and industrial businesses seeking job-creating financing through a CDFI lender.
Requirements
- Must create or retain jobs for low to moderate income people
- At least 51% of jobs must be filled by persons from low to moderate income households
- Loan participation limited to 33% of total project costs
