Fresno expanded lawn-to-garden rebate support to promote water conservation, including commercial property rebates for replacing turf with low-water landscaping when program funds are available.
Eligibility
Eligible City of Fresno water customers, including commercial properties, replacing qualifying lawn with approved water-wise landscaping.
Requirements
- Apply and receive approval before starting turf removal
- Remove eligible lawn and install water-efficient landscaping according to program requirements
- Submit square footage, photos, receipts, and post-project verification
