Oklahoma Aerospace Industry Engineer Workforce Tax Credits
Tax credit equal to 5% of compensation paid to qualified aerospace engineers (10% if Oklahoma graduate), plus up to 50% of tuition reimbursement, and a $5,000 annual employee tax credit, through January 1, 2031.

Eligibility
Aerospace companies hiring engineers. Engineers receive a $5,000 annual tax credit. Employers receive 5% of compensation paid (10% if engineer graduated from an Oklahoma college or university, up to $12,500 per employee per year), plus 50% of tuition reimbursed.
Requirements
- Employer must be an aerospace company
- Employee must be a qualified aerospace engineer
- Oklahoma graduates qualify for enhanced 10% employer credit rate
