The LA County Commercial Acquisition Fund helps eligible community-serving small businesses and nonprofits pursue ownership of commercial real estate to prevent displacement, stabilize corridors, and build long-term community wealth.
Eligibility
Eligible small businesses, nonprofits, and community-serving organizations in Los Angeles County, including Long Beach, that meet underwriting, community benefit, and acquisition readiness requirements.
Requirements
