NJ ZIP – New Jersey Zero Emission Incentive Program (Phase 3)
$75 million voucher program for commercial, industrial, or institutional organizations purchasing new zero emission Class 2b–8 medium and heavy-duty vehicles registered in NJ. Vouchers range from $15,000 to $175,000 per vehicle.

Eligibility
Commercial, industrial, or institutional organizations registered in New Jersey, in tax compliance, and in good standing with NJDOL and NJDEP. Must purchase and register new zero emission Class 2b–8 vehicles. 50% of funds reserved for small businesses in Overburdened Communities.
Requirements

- Must have valid NJ tax clearance certificate
- Must be in good standing with NJ DOL and NJ DEP
