Eligibility
Military spouse-owned businesses in South Carolina and other states may apply for NVBDC military spouse certification if they meet ownership, control, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Business must be owned and controlled by a qualifying military spouse under NVBDC rules.
- Submit the certification application and required documentation.
- Provide business formation, ownership, operating, tax, financial, and spouse-status records as requested.
