The City of Charleston administers HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds through the Mayor's Office of Economic and Community Development to expand affordable housing opportunities. Eligibility
Eligible low-income households, nonprofit housing providers, affordable housing developers, and approved program partners serving Charleston may access HOME-funded assistance when funds are available.
