Small and diverse businesses with valid certifications from recognized agencies, including Delaware OSD veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned certifications.
Requirements
- Create or maintain a New Castle County vendor profile.
- Upload valid certification documents from an accepted veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, or other recognized certification agency.
