About this program
The California Small Business Loan Guarantee Program helps small businesses that may not qualify for conventional financing by providing guarantees to participating lenders, supporting working capital, startup, equipment, tenant improvements, and expansion needs.
Eligibility
Eligible California small businesses, including Richmond businesses, that apply through participating Financial Development Corporation or lender partners and meet credit and program rules.
