About this program
The New York State Department of Health Office of LGBTQ Services funds providers and community organizations to develop or enhance health and human services for LGBTQ individuals, families, and communities across New York.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit organizations, health and human service providers, and community-based organizations serving LGBTQ New Yorkers and meeting RFA requirements.
Requirements
- Applicants must submit a state grant application with organizational eligibility, service plan, LGBTQ population focus, budget, staffing, outcomes, and required New York State vendor and contracting documents.
