Tabor 100 Business Loan Program
Low-interest, character-based loans for Washington small business owners who don't qualify for traditional bank loans, in partnership with Byrd Barr Place, Tapco Credit Union, and Evergreen banks. Designed to free up cash flow, pay down debt, and build creditworthiness.

Reviewed in waves, typically once per quarter. Applications kept on file for future rounds even if not selected. Character-based — focuses on owner credibility and business plan over collateral.
Eligibility
Washington-based small businesses, particularly those that don't qualify for conventional bank loans. Excludes political/lobbying activities, predatory businesses, and businesses outside Washington.
