Eligibility
No restrictions on business size, type, or minimum number of jobs. Any business — including construction and trades companies — expanding in or relocating to Vermont that creates new qualifying jobs and increases payroll and capital investment beyond typical growth is eligible.
Requirements
- Must be expanding or relocating to Vermont
- Must create new qualifying jobs with above-average wages
- Must increase payroll and make capital investments beyond typical growth
