Central Falls can use Community Development Block Grant resources for eligible public facility, infrastructure, planning, economic development, and public service projects that benefit low- and moderate-income residents or meet federal objectives.
Eligibility
Eligible public agencies, nonprofits, community organizations, and project sponsors serving Central Falls residents and meeting CDBG national objectives.
Requirements
- Coordinate with the City of Central Falls on CDBG priorities or application opportunities
- Submit project scope, budget, beneficiaries, organizational documents, and federal compliance information
- Meet HUD national objective, environmental, procurement, reporting, and contracting requirements
