Colorado Cash Collateral Support Program
Credit enhancement program that helps small and medium-sized Colorado businesses access loans they would otherwise be denied due to insufficient collateral. State provides cash collateral deposit to lender to enable loan approval.
About this program
Funded through federal State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI). Cash deposit serves as collateral on lender's books. Borrower works with regular bank lender, not OEDIT directly.
Eligibility
Colorado-based small and medium-sized businesses across most industries that are otherwise creditworthy but lack sufficient collateral for traditional bank loans. Apply through participating lenders.
