Eligibility
South Carolina residents who are legally blind, have a qualifying progressive eye condition, want to find or maintain competitive employment, and require VR services may qualify for SCCB support.
Requirements
- Applicant must have documentation of legal blindness, qualifying visual field loss, or a progressive eye condition expected to result in legal blindness.
- Applicant must want to find, regain, or maintain competitive employment.
- Applicant must require SCCB vocational rehabilitation services to achieve the employment goal.
