Eligibility
For-profit creative businesses in Delaware for 7 years or fewer, 15 or fewer FTEs, more than 50% of operations in Delaware, net assets of $700,000 or less. 501(c)(3)s are ineligible.
Requirements

- 15 or fewer full-time employees
- More than 50% of operations located in Delaware
