Minority-owned and other disadvantaged small businesses that meet federal DBE ownership, control, size, personal net worth, and independence standards may apply through Oregon's certification office.
Requirements
- Meet federal DBE small business size and ownership standards
- Show ownership and control by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals
- Submit required personal net worth, tax, business, and operating documents
