EPA Thriving Communities Grantmaking Program – Eastern Regional (Region 1-3)
EPA pass-through funding administered by Institute for Sustainable Communities for environmental and climate justice projects in EPA Regions 1, 2, and 3. Supports community-based nonprofits with assessment, planning, and project development activities targeting disadvantaged communities.
About this program
Applications accepted on a rolling basis until December 2026 with notification every three months. Region 1-3 organizations should apply through their regional program first.
Eligibility
Community-based nonprofits, environmental justice organizations, tribal governments, and other organizations serving disadvantaged communities in EPA Regions 1, 2, and 3.
