Louisiana food and farm businesses, nonprofits, local government entities, tribal governments, schools, and hospitals engaged in middle-of-supply-chain food activities.
Requirements
- Must be a Louisiana-based food or farm business, nonprofit, local government, tribal government, school, or hospital
- Project must target middle-of-food-supply-chain resilience
- Must demonstrate ability to improve markets for small farms or develop value-added products
