Eligibility
Iowa businesses, including manufacturers, creating or retaining high-quality jobs (meeting county wage thresholds) with qualifying capital investment; must apply prior to the start of the project.
Requirements
- Create or retain high-quality jobs meeting county laborshed wage thresholds
- Make qualifying capital investment in an Iowa facility
- Apply to IEDA prior to the beginning of the project via the Iowa Project Questionnaire (IPQ)
