Intown Concord’s Facade Improvement Grant Program provides a financial incentive for downtown business and property owners to upgrade building exteriors. Downtown Concord business owners and property owners with eligible exterior facade improvement projects.
Requirements

- Submit facade grant application, project scope, design information, and cost estimates
