Cash rebate of up to 90% of state income taxes withheld from new employees for technology companies. Data and information processing enterprises creating at least 200 jobs may qualify at a lower wage threshold.

Technology businesses creating at least 25 new jobs at 110% of state or county average wage, or data/information processing enterprises creating at least 200 jobs in Mississippi.
Requirements
- Must create at least 25 new full-time jobs (or 200 for data/information processing)
- New jobs must pay at least 110% of state or county average wage
- Business must be new or expanding in Mississippi
