Qualified business or property owners located in City of Las Vegas redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Property must be located in an eligible redevelopment area
- Submit project scope, design, cost estimates, owner authorization, and matching fund documentation
- Receive approval before starting reimbursable work and submit paid invoices for reimbursement
