Eligibility
Organizations that directly serve youth ages 3 to 18 through sports, fitness, and active-play programming and meet Good Sports application requirements.
Requirements
- Submit one Good Sports application per site seeking equipment
- Directly serve youth between ages 3 and 18
- Provide program, youth population, and equipment-need information requested by Good Sports
