Piedmont Business Capital provides socially responsible lending, SBA 504 financing, technical assistance, and other capital products for qualified small businesses across Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, and rural Piedmont North Carolina.
Eligibility
Qualified small businesses in Greensboro and the Piedmont region that meet loan product and underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Submit loan application, business plan, financial statements, owner information, and use-of-funds plan
- Meet underwriting, collateral, repayment, and eligibility requirements for the selected loan product
- Participate in technical assistance or consulting services when required
