Seattle community-based organizations and nonprofits leading eligible anti-displacement, cultural preservation, affordable commercial space, or community wealth-building projects.
Requirements
- Project must be located in Seattle or primarily benefit Seattle communities.
- Applicant must be an eligible community-based organization or nonprofit.
- Project must advance equitable development and anti-displacement outcomes.
