About this program
The Fountain Inn Facade Improvement Grant is a storefront improvement program administered by the City of Fountain Inn to help property and business owners in the Fountain Inn Main Street Program Area restore and improve the appearance of building facades. The program can provide up to 50 percent of eligible project costs, capped at $10,000, for improvements such as signage, painting, restoration of architectural details, exterior lighting, awnings, masonry repair, window and door replacement, and exterior ADA accessibility improvements.
Eligibility
Eligible property owners and business owners located in the Fountain Inn Main Street Program Area may apply for exterior facade improvement assistance.
Requirements
- Property must be located in the Fountain Inn Main Street Program Area.
- Applicant must be a property owner or business owner with authority to complete the proposed facade work.
- Project must involve eligible exterior improvements such as signage, painting, lighting, awnings, masonry, windows, doors, or exterior ADA accessibility improvements.
