Eligibility
Massachusetts-based businesses that pay into the Workforce Training Fund through unemployment insurance contributions. Construction and trades employers developing customized training programs for current or newly hired workers are eligible.
Requirements
- Must be a Massachusetts-based employer paying into the Workforce Training Fund
- Must provide at least a 1:1 matching investment for each grant dollar
- Must submit a customized training plan with a qualified training provider
