Eligibility
Municipalities with populations of 10,000 or less and counties with populations of 30,000 or less in Mississippi. Projects must create minimum 10 net new full-time jobs.

- Project must create minimum 10 net new full-time jobs
- Maximum two applications per rural community per calendar year
