Eligibility
Food service and restaurant businesses at least 51% owned and operated by minorities, women, or persons with disabilities, located in North Carolina.
Requirements
- At least 51% ownership by minority, woman, or person with disability
- Business must be independently operated and located in North Carolina
- Submit HUB certification application to NC DOA
