About this program
The Business Development Loan Program assists new and existing businesses by participating with local lenders on loans that may have a higher degree of risk or larger financing needs.
Eligibility
North Dakota businesses working with a local lender may qualify when conventional financing alone is insufficient.
Requirements

- Provide project and borrower financial information
- Meet Bank of North Dakota participation underwriting requirements
